The inspections are now complete so our project is finished. We'd like to thank you again for the professionalism with which you conducted the initial survey, laid out the operations, executed the job and handled the paperwork. The whole thing could not have gone more smoothly.
We know how homeowner projects can turn into nightmares. This one was a dream. Between you and John, you've given us a whole new support system that should serve us well for years to come. Thank you so much.

Dear Mr. Andeskie,
I want to you to know what wonderful people you have working at T.E.S. Ed, who came initially on Jan. 17th, when the furnace died, has always been so kind, patient and reassuring. Another gentleman, whose name I don't remember, brought 2 heaters and was so concerned about setting them up for me. Bruce and Keith. who replaced the furnace, were so patient when explaining everything to me.
I also understand from a friend who is in real-estate that you've given me a top of the line furnace at a very reasonable price. Thank you for everything! I am so grateful!

Thanks for the timely installation of the heating units and the air-conditioning unit. Pass also my compliments to Steve for his very tidy and quiet efforts to effect completion of the job. Sometimes I had to look for him to make sure he was still here!

First - I can't tell you what a difference the hot air heat made in the comfort of our house this winter - the kitchen was so comfortable without the bedrooms being 90 degrees - so we're thrilled.
I saw the work you did in Ron's house - a work of art. Thanks again - look forward to talking with you soon
