Andy,

The installation of the air conditioning unit, in my Rocky Hill home, went so smoothly this summer. You explained everything in complete detail and then carried out each step of the plan on schedule.  You kept in contact and let me know when and how things were going to happen. You kept right 'on schedule' just as you had outlined the job. The two workmen were wonderful guys and a pleasure to have in the home for the two days during the installation process. They did such good work and were so good about cleaning up and explaining things, as they went about each step of the installation.

Your explanation and follow-up regarding the Government tax credit and the Public Service Utility rebate was carried out without delay.  No guess-work, everything was clearly explained.
The paperwork was timely and neat with easy, step-by-step directions, for me to follow.  With your help, everything went so smoothly.

Dear Mr. Andeskie,

I want to you to know what wonderful people you have working at T.E.S. Ed, who came initially on Jan. 17th, when the furnace died, has always been so kind, patient and reassuring. Another gentleman, whose name I don't remember, brought 2 heaters and was so concerned about setting them up for me. Bruce and Keith. who replaced the furnace, were so patient when explaining everything to me.

I also understand from a friend who is in real-estate that you've given me a top of the line furnace at a very reasonable price. Thank you for everything! I am so grateful!

First - I can't tell you what a difference the hot air heat made in the comfort of our house this winter - the kitchen was so comfortable without the bedrooms being 90 degrees - so we're thrilled.
